When I began my career as a landscaper, I knew my long term success depended on customer satisfaction... but that's a cliché. Let me put it another way. I felt that I could never leave the job until the customer was singing my praises. You'd be amazed at how difficult this can be. It didn’t take long before I realized that much of time was wasted organizing sub contractors and repairing faulty equipment.
